The Artist

Hello! I’m Preeti, an IT professional by day and a passionate artist by evening. My life is a rich tapestry woven with beautiful moments shared alongside my wonderful husband—my steadfast anchor, supporter, and greatest cheerleader for three decades. Together, we cherish the journey of raising our two incredible kids: our 28-year-old daughter, who began her own new chapter with marriage last year, and our lively 15-year-old son, who keeps us on our toes and makes us feel young. Mississauga, ON, Canada, has been our home for the past 19 years.

Balancing my roles as a wife, mom, and career professional is both challenging and fulfilling, but art is where I find my true sanctuary and authentic self. Over the years, I’ve created a few acrylic paintings that add warmth and a personal touch to the corners of our home. Recently, I’ve developed a deep connection with Mandala art, drawn to its symphony of vibrant colors and entrancing patterns that evoke a sense of meditation and peace. This form of art has taught me that it’s not about striving for perfection but embracing the process—finding true joy in each mindful moment, bringing me closer to my truest self. It has become my haven, offering calm and grounding in an ever-rushing world.

My artistic journey isn’t just about what I create; it’s about how I connect with others. I aspire to share the uplifting power of art by leading workshops for children, seniors, and those facing health challenges. Through these experiences, I hope to offer more than just an artistic skill—I aim to provide a therapeutic, joyful escape that sparks smiles and nurtures moments of peace.
